Thus, Cowboy Country Outfitters of Wyoming has secured a unique opportunity to continue our quest for the great outdoors and the pursuit of Whitetail Deer. As many will tell us, The hunters from the East aren't going to spend any of there hard earned money to harvest a whitetail deer because they can find them in there own state, However, We believe this isn't just another whitetail, We believe that we can offer a very nice hunt that will certainly get you to our beautiful state and quite possibly show you an animal that you've been really wanting to put on your wall and be happy with. We've also spoken to those that have been pursuing these deer well over
25+ years and have yet to harvest one that's a "trophy" in there circle of friends. We've also found that their are hunters that are seeking to harvest animals outside there own state and are looking to put a Wyoming Whitetail on there list of states to pursue. What to Expect |
Cowboy Country Outfitters has been guiding hunters alike for well over 15 years and this hunt will challenge even the best hunters in the field. These hunts will take place on the western slope of the Big Horn Mountains in Central Wyoming on Private Lands. The unit(s) we've secured will be limited quota so the license will needed to be applied for during the state of Wyoming initial application period Jan 1 - May 31. The preference point system will come into play so if you have a point or two, this will be beneficial in drawing the license. If you don't have preference points in our state, please ask how to obtain for the future of hunting in our state.

Hunt Details |
Our Whitetail hunt packages will consist of either Rifle or Archery. All Hunts will take place on the picturesque western slope of the Big Horn Mountains on private property. We've also been approved to hunt the public as well around the ranch thus the pursuit of an animal will continue of needed. The Archery hunt will happen Sept 1-30 and would get you the first opportunity at a harvest. We've positioned ground blinds for the best opportunity of there patterns at this time of year.
Rifle Season will be Oct 1-8 and Nov 1-30.
